Our mission
NMBD Management Corp. exists to provide transitional housing, reentry support, and stabilization services to individuals returning to the community after incarceration — so that release is the beginning of a life, not the beginning of another crisis.
Read the full mission and our approachWhy this work
People released from long-term confinement often leave with no address, no identification, and no plan. Housing instability in the first weeks out is one of the strongest predictors of return to custody. Stability changes that trajectory.

An honest note
We are a new organization.
NMBD Management Corp. was founded in 2026. We have no years of outcomes to point to yet, and we won't invent any. What we have is a clear mission, a defined set of programs, an incorporated nonprofit structure in California, and a commitment to reporting honestly as we grow. Everything on this site reflects where we actually are today.
